We are an all-in-one SEO platform looking for a fluent Spanish speaker to join our team in the position of Customer Support Manager. In this role you’ll be acting as the first point of contact for our customers in Spain and ensuring that our clients have an outstanding customer experience. You’ll be in charge of promptly responding to customers’ inquiries and resolving them either by yourself or in coordination with the colleagues.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support/Success roles
Fluency in both English (B2-C2) and Spanish (B2-C2)
Perfect written communication skills
The ability to get on customer’s good side
Will be a plus:
Past experience of working in a SaaS is a benefit
Broad technical background knowledge
Experience with Hubspot or other CRM systems
Familiarity with Jira
Experience in handling billing inquiries
Basic understanding of SEO
Responsibilities:
Act as the first responder to inquiries from the customers (channels — online chat, ticket system, mail).
Handle written communication in a professional manner.
Become a power user of the software and understand potential use cases for each tool on the platform.
Assist the customers in navigating the platform and finding the most efficient ways of addressing their needs.
Coordinate with the Technical team to investigate and resolve clients’ issues.
Foster good relationships with our clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Help our Sales team build a stronger connection with new customers by evaluating and routing their requests when appropriate.
Collect, prioritize, and escalate customers’ feedback.
